Bangkok to Baan Maka -

Phetchaburi town to Kaeng Krachan – every hour or so during daylight hours
Bangkok (southern bus terminal) to Kaeng Krachan– 8:30am, 1pm & 4pm – 200 Baht (These times may no longer be correct). If these times do not suit you then you can take any bus to Phetchaburi town and take a minibus from there.
There is no public transport from Kaeng Krachan town to Baan Maka. A vehicle from the lodge can pick you up for 300 Baht. Please ask to be dropped off at the 7/11. Call us up to 30 minutes before arrival at Kaeng Krachan so we can send someone out to pick you up.
If you are coming direct from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) airport to Baan Maka an option is to take the hourly BKK-Hua Hin bus and get off at Cha Am (300 Baht). The drop-off point is at Bangkok Bank which has a taxi rank next to it. A taxi can then be taken to Baan Maka for about 1000 Baht (ask for Song Pi Nong district and make sure you have google maps running as the taxi driver may not know the location of Baan Maka)

An option, for those wanting to drive but worried about the Bangkok traffic, is to get a bus from BKK airport to the RRC bus station in Hua Hin. This is next door to Hua Hin Airport which has a Hertz car rental office. Driving from Hua Hin to Baan Maka takes about 75 minutes.
